7s Practice

5/24 through 7/28, we will be practicing on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Afton Heights Park from 6:30-8:30pm. (Upper Afton Rd, Maplewood, MN 55119)
Tuesdays will be focusing heavily on preparing a qualifying 7s team with the Wolfpack. Additionally, on Thursdays we will be focusing on other skills, such as: fitness, weight lifting, and ball handling.
All are welcome to join us at any practice.
