Have a specific question? Here is our 2025 club leadership and roles:

President: Kevin White
Oversees club meetings, coordinates the Board, represents the club at external meetings and functions.
Technical: Megan Braun
Oversees the rugby aspects of the club including practices and matches. Serves as a liaison to other organizations.
Financial: Mark Jordan
Overseeing the club’s financial affairs, including the treasurer (see below), and fundraising activities.
Comms: Galen Grieman
Responsible for managing club communications, internal and external, including maintaining our contact lists, the club website, our social media and other publications.
Recruiting: Tad Miller
Responsible for recruiting new players. See our join page for more information.
Logistics: Aaron Baumgartner
Responsible for overseeing the fields and equipment used for matches and practices. Organizes away matches.
Social: Brent Guimont
Responsible for managing our after-match socials, maintaining relationships with former members and old boys.
Matches: Trent Lathrop
Attends the MN AGM on behalf of the Pigs, schedules non-league matches, makes sure union / referee society have our schedule, coordinates match info between clubs and with referees.
Fundraising: Graham Parsons
Organizing and executes team fundraising events. See our events page for current events.
Gameday: Kyle O’Connor
Handles the CIPP list for each match. Enters match reports for the website. Responsible for kitting our pitch for home matches, and our jerseys and team kit for all matches.
Travel: Nate Welsh
Coordinates transportation and lodging for our away matches. Or at least he’s supposed to, Buck…
Summer: Nick Bannon
Runs our summer practices (May – August), coordinates summer tournaments and travel and communicates with new recruits during the summer. See our summer 7s page for more info on our summer schedule and events.
Manages club dues and money raised from events. Writes and cashes the checks. (or the digital equivalent now days)
Tournaments: Paul Fannin
Coordinates everything related to our tournaments. Annual events include the Buca co-ed benefit tournament every winter and the Jesse James 7s tournament every summer!
