2022 Annual Pig Roast
Come one come all for our annual Pig Roast! Back after a two-year hiatus, come out and support your St. Paul Jazz Pigs after our home match on May 14th against the Oshkosh Mighty Pigs.

Rugby is Back!
After taking over a year long hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic – rugby is back! The St. Paul Pigs resumed practice beginning on April 8th, 2021. The last time the Pigs played a match was the 2019 Midwest championship vs. Fox Valley RFC; a nail biter of a match that ended in a 13-15 loss and put an end to the Pigs’ national playoff run.
There was still plenty to be proud of about the 2019 fall season, including an undefeated (8-0) regular season, lowest points allowed (only 84 on the season), multiple dominant shut-out wins, winning the State Championship and a win at the Midwest D3 Playoffs.

The Pigs have nationals in their sights again this year and preparation starts now.

17th Annual Mike “Buca” Lundberg Tournament
In 2004, the Mike Lundberg Memorial Tournament started as a fun opportunity to play winter rugby for men and women of all skill levels while donating 100% of the proceeds to help defray the costs of Mike’s treatments. Sadly, Mike lost his long battle with Leukemia in 2008. At the request of his family, we have continued the tournament to celebrate his life and help a member of the Minnesota rugby community in need.
The tournament will be held at Hoffman Park in River Falls, WI on Saturday, March 7th, 2020. Registration begins at 9:30 and the cost is $35 per person. This includes a tournament T-shirt and food and beer at the social after the tournament. Please RSVP by February 17th via our Facebook event or by emailing Ben Hanson at lhprop1@hotmail.com.

St. Paul Pigs Annual Golf Tournament – August 16th
It’s that time of year again! Registration is now open for the annual Pigs golf tournament. Register as a team or an individual (and we will place you on a team). Price includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, a bucket of range balls, dinner and fabulous prizes for the winners! Click here to register.
St. Paul Pigs to Host 7’s Tournament
This year as part of the Minnesota 7’s series five part tournament, the St. Paul Pigs will host the Jesse James 7’s tournament on June 22nd 2019. The Pigs will be participating in the tournament throughout the summer. Be sure to check out our Facebook event for details on registration.
7’s practice for the pigs begins on Thursday, May 23rd at our home pitch at Afton Heights Park at 6pm and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday going forward. New players are welcome!
